The company is looking for persuasive sales team members to promote and sell its products through doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. Primary responsibilities would include meeting and persuading KOL’s (relevant doctors) to prescribe company products of the respective genre. Other responsibilities would include identifying prospective business opportunities for the company and providing the relevant departments with customer feedback. You should also be able to attend company meetings and training sessions. To be successful as a team member, you should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and build rapport with potential customers. Ultimately, an outstanding team member should be able to continually meet or exceed the company & sales targets. Exposure to selling products and services to Orthopedicians/Ophthalmologists would be an added advantage.

Job Description
- Promote and sell company's products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant
healthcare professionals. - Develop an in-depth understanding of company products.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with customers for repeat sales.
- Generate new leads and follow up on leads generated by the company.
- Preparing presentations for potential customers.
- Research competitive products and their respective market strategy and performance.
Requirements
- BSc or a degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
- Medical/Pharma/Nutra sales experience of around 2-5 years is desired. Freshers may apply
too. - Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills both in English and local language.
- Persuasive and resilient.
- Should have own conveyance (Two-wheeler)
Business Development Manager (Regional)
- To ensure the achievement of the sales targets based on clear measurables.
- Take care of the activities concerning Market Research and Sales Promotion.
- Projecting sales and ordering quantities based on various parameters like selling
capabilities/Products and target customers. - Assign individual targets and responsibilities to the sales team and help them to achieve
their targets. - Monitor the sales patterns and stock status of all DSSN products, ensure availability and
inventory control. - Manage the distribution system.
Requirements
- Bachelor & degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
- Medical sales experience of around 7-10 years is desired.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Should have excellent Rapport with KOL’s and Distributors for the product genre.
- Effective communication skills both in English and local language.
- Persuasive and resilient.
Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities
- To help in achieving the desired reach of the assigned brand resulting in higher sales
volumes. - Prepare and oversee all promotions and campaigns.
- To creatively engage with all stakeholders in the buying chain.
- Plan and execute product launches.
- Analyze the sales and prescription data and suggest measures to optimize brand recall
value. - Work with and train the sales team during promotions and help in objection handling.
- Digital Marketing, including social media presence across all digital channels.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Prior work experience in managing a Brand or a product line. 5-7 years’ experience is
